We, Südwestdeutsche Salzwerke AG, Salzgrund 67, 74076 Heilbronn (hereinafter referred to as ‘SWS’), endeavour to make our services accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG).

This declaration on accessibility applies to the website https://www.aquasale.de/en/

General description of services

SWS also offers online shops or contact forms on its websites that enable customers to order SWS products, purchase tickets and services or get in touch with SWS.

Status of compliance with accessibility requirements

The SWS websites are partially compliant with the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not yet accessible:

• Images without alternative text: Some images on the website have no alternative text. We check and update this content on an ongoing basis.
• Low contrast areas: A few areas have a low contrast ratio. This can be so low in a few places that an alternative has to be created. These alternatives are already being worked on.
• Keyboard operability is given, a check of the completeness of all indicators is already in progress to ensure a smooth experience
• Screen reader compatibility is given - a final check of all content is already in progress and we are working hard on it.
• PDF documents: Some of our PDF documents are not accessible. We are working hard to adapt them or provide accessible alternatives.
• Videos: Some of our embedded videos do not currently have subtitles. We will endeavor to provide subtitles for all videos in the future.
• Our content is constantly being revised, supplemented and expanded - a check for “simple language” is constantly taking place in these areas, but there may be a need for revision in very few places

We are currently working with our service providers to make our websites fully accessible.
