2. Information pertaining to the online dispute resolution in consumer matters

The EU Commission provides an internet platform for the online resolution of disputes (so-called “ODR platform”). The ODR platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to contractual obligations, which arise from online purchase contracts.
